ElevationBy registering for or using the Elevation platform ("Platform", "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not create an account or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users — students, businesses, and any other visitors.
Elevation is an online marketplace that connects students seeking work experience and professional tasks with businesses looking to hire talent on a project or task basis. Elevation facilitates the connection but is not a party to any agreement formed between students and businesses through the Platform.
Access to Elevation's core features requires an active paid subscription.

All content, design, trademarks, and software on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Elevation. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.
By posting content on the Platform (e.g., task descriptions, portfolio items, messages), you grant Elevation a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content as necessary to operate the Service.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Elevation makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the Platform's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Elevation is not responsible for any agreements, disputes, or outcomes arising between students and businesses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevation's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Elevation in the three months preceding the claim.
Elevation reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other users or the Platform. Where possible, we will provide notice before taking such action. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
